1835 Capped Bust Dime – PCGS XF Details (Cleaned)
A historic 1835 Capped Bust Dime certified by PCGS with Extremely Fine Details (Cleaned). Struck during the early years of the United States Mint, this classic silver dime represents nearly two centuries of American numismatic history.
Designed by John Reich, the obverse features Liberty wearing a classic Phrygian cap, while the reverse displays a heraldic eagle surrounded by the denomination and inscriptions. The Capped Bust Dime series was produced from 1809 through 1837 and is highly collected for its early American design, limited availability, and connection to the growth of the young United States.
