United States 1923 25¢ Standing Liberty Quarter – ICG VF-20 – 90% Silver

Offered is a 1923 United States Standing Liberty Quarter, professionally certified VF-20 (Very Fine) by ICG.

Designed by renowned sculptor Hermon A. MacNeil, the Standing Liberty Quarter was issued from 1916 through 1930 and is one of the most popular classic American quarter-dollar designs.

The obverse features Liberty standing in a gateway, holding a shield and olive branch, while the reverse depicts an American eagle in flight, surrounded by the inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, QUARTER DOLLAR, and E PLURIBUS UNUM.

Graded VF-20, this example retains substantial original design detail while showing the moderate wear expected from its time in circulation.
