This historic Chinese silver 10 Cents coin was struck between 1902 and 1905 by the Hupeh Provincial Mint during the final years of the Qing Dynasty. It is the popular Water Dragon type featuring the Medium "BEI", Small Letters variety, one of the classic provincial dragon issues of Imperial China.
