1908-S Indian Head Cent — Very Good Condition — Scarce San Francisco Issue

The 1908-S Indian Head Cent
The Indian Head cent was designed by James Barton Longacre and was produced from 1859 through 1909. The series is a favorite among collectors because it spans an important period of American history, including the Civil War, westward expansion, and the beginning of the 20th century.
The 1908-S is especially interesting because it was produced at the San Francisco Mint near the end of the Indian Head cent series. Only 1,115,000 were minted.
