1858 Flying Eagle Cent
A classic 1858 Flying Eagle Cent, one of the final issues of the short-lived Flying Eagle Cent series. The obverse features an eagle in flight beneath “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” with the date below. The reverse displays “ONE CENT” surrounded by an ornamental wreath.
This example is graded Good Details, retaining much of the original design detail with only light circulation wear. However, the coin has damage. Please images for more details.
